DESCRIPTION:Hi! I’m Miki Rae and I’m a singer-songwriter skilled in the ukulele and the guitar. I have been performing my original songs throughout the Reno-Tahoe-Carson Valley area for the majority of my life. I’ve performed at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville\, Tennessee all the way to Aukland\, New Zealand. Dedicating my life to music\, I’ve become a part of the Tahoe music scene and was a nominee for the 2018 Tahoe Alliance Awards. While I originally started out playing my music solo\, I now perform with my band Taking Root; we’re a mix of Reggae and Rock\, but my personal favorite is “Island-Vibe”.
